Both windows have "(Not responding)" displayed at the top title bar</P><P style="color: #242729; background-color: rgba(248, 248, 248, 0.6); border: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 1em;">I did some research, which suggested to disable background processing- this did not solve the problem. I managed to fix this error by going into my privacy settings in Internet explorer.
