I am trying to open polygons in google earth. I am able to open the points that represent the polygons but keep getting parse error at line 4, column 14 when trying to open the polygon layer. I am unfamiliar with coding and would like some assistance with correcting these layer files and avoiding it in the future. I have attached the KML files and layers.
