    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bad news I'm affraid. Avenue was the programming language of ArcView 3.x and is total different to python. There is no translation program for it. Basically you got to read the Avenue logic understand it and write it from scratch in python which has its own and very different syntax.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Good luck!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi.Anybody know how to import avenue scripts into ArcGIS10? I need to use some script I obtained online. It needs to be enabled/loaded as an extension. Problem is I have no clue if this version of the software has support for avenue scripts like 9.3 did. Any clues?:confused:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
