      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That's not necessary if you're just using "map topology" is it?&amp;nbsp; I'm experiencing the same symptoms while trying to do it just using map toplogy.&amp;nbsp; I'm using an ArcInfo license (v10).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
