In Field.Make( "re_label",#FIELD_CHAR, 15, 0 ) I assume the first number is field length and in Field.Make( "LndCnt",#FIELD_DECIMAL, 2, 0 ) I assume its precision since that's a double. The Double data type has precision and scale.
