    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to make a heat map to illustrate a certain conclusion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suppose I have a few points, each with a different value in one of their attributes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I create a heat map indicating the value of that numeric attribute?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example if there are a few water wells scattered across a county, each with a different capacity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How would you illustrate that the wells in the southern portion of the county generally carry more water?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen heat maps be done with Kernel Density, but that is best suited to show a high concentration of points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can you create a heat map not based on the concentration/quantity of points in an area but by the magnitude of an attribute of a few features?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
