I am trying to find the correct sources. where can I find household count (neighbors) and which one is it? I went to census and living atlas but not so clear. Which tool is to process 10 mins buffer from park (point) location and what are calculations? I am assumed 100% total household in the whole city boundary and focus 10 mins buffer household # from each park? Please advise.
