ArcMap Join Validation Error Help

Hi,

I am getting consistent error on joining 46k records from Arcmap Feature to CSV.

Field names containing invalid characters ' ' (screenshot attached for complete error)

I have done following but not luck

1. removed spaces in Excel (do i remove space in arcmap column)

2. checked text format (changed original data format in excel to text and default format didn't help)

3. removed few columns

I am joining on Location_Final Column.

convert the csv to a geodatabase table since there are some efforts made to try to cleanup such data. Then retry the join

Research removing hex characters in Excel. These would be characters you cannot see that will definitely cause join to fail.

Thanks Darrin. I don't find any Hex characters. Other thoughts?
