Urban landscape analysis tool

Hi,
I'm a student of the University of Udine and I'm working on a thesis about soil sealing.
I'm working with ArcGis 9.3 and for my analysis I need to use the Urban Landscape Analysis Tool but I have a problem. I've added this tool in Arctoolbox but when i try to run it it gives me that result:

I've tried to solve this problem in some ways without success.
Do you know if there is any solution to this problem?
