Feature to Point - Not creating points for multiple polygons

Off to a wonderful start this morning,

I am working with several features that each individual feature is comprised of multiple polygons. Previously, if I remembered to explode multi-part features the Feature to Point tool would create an individual point for EACH polygon. Today however the tool is only creating a point in one of the polygons (see screenshot).

In the screenshot, you can see the multiple points created for the feature 1100. For the feature 1105 the Feature to Point tool is only creating a single point, but I need each of the polys to have a point like 1100.

As far as I can tell I am not doing anything different than yesterday. The multi-part features are exploded to the individual parts, selected as the Input Features, and given a unique name for the Output Feature Class.

As always, any and all help is sincerely appreciated.
