I have a building footprint (.shp) including the height of buildings. (Attachment)

How would it be possible computing the shadow of buildings at a more or less a certain time of the day of the year?

I would be also interested in computing the amount of incoming solar energy in that day...

I'm using ArcGIS 10.3 (all the extensions are available) in Win 8.1.
Many thanks for your help
