After the routes are created and that ZipCode does not exist in an existing Route_Lines fc, then the Delivery Route based on ZipCode needs to be Appended into Route_Lines fc. I'm running into problems when I Calculate Value based on the Get Count function in ModelBuilder:</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>[ATTACH=CONFIG]31959[/ATTACH]</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>The Append process does not execute because the precondition is false.
