ArcMap 10.3: error opening geoprocessing tools

Hi,

So this is the first time I am seeing this type of error. When opening a geoprocessing tool sometimes I click by accident the description below the tool (see red arrow in the pic) and the item description window opens as usual. Then, when I click the name of the geoprocessing tool to open it (any GP tool), I get the following error (see picture below). ArcMap stops working and closes itself. Any ideas why this is happening? I already tried to re-install the software and it didnt resolve the issue.

I have arcgis for desktop advanced 10.3. Also when I try to check the availability folder in the ArcGIS Administrator window, it stops working as well.

Hey thanks! I also tried to replicate the error using another windows user account on the same machine and I didnt have this issue. So I thougth my windows user profile got corrupted at some point. Anyways both solutions worked!
