An intersect with a large XY tolerance/resolution environment setting should work as well if they are a little off. Never tested that though.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a point feature class and a line feature class; there is no common field between these two feature classes, but I need to extract points that on the line features and keep attributes from both of the feature classes.&amp;nbsp; Any idea?&amp;nbsp; Thanks so much.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
