It opens a file download window with a file name AppData/Roaming/ESRI/Desktop10.0/ArcToolbox/Dlg/MdDlgContent.htm but open or save doesn't work (obviously). Then it says something like navigation to webpage was cancelled (in the place were the arctoolbox tool would have been). </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I've set firefox as my default browser, updated everything, deleted the arctoolbox folder but nothing works.
