      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another way to solve the problem described here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.esri.com/message/851994-combining-polygons-by-attribute"&gt;https://community.esri.com/message/851994-combining-polygons-by-attribute&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;may be splitting the polygon that contains number of points. But splitting&amp;nbsp;based on a number of points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the result should be a set of polygons where every polygon contains (almost) equal number of points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Haven't found any tool that do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is is part of the spatial statistics toolset, which is available at all license levels for ArcGIS Pro.&amp;nbsp; I don't use ArcMap, but its help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/tools/spatial-statistics-toolbox/an-overview-of-the-spatial-statistics-toolbox.htm" title="https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/tools/spatial-statistics-toolbox/an-overview-of-the-spatial-statistics-toolbox.htm"&gt;An overview of the Spatial Statistics toolbox—Help | ArcGIS Desktop&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;suggests that it isn't available for ArcMap.&amp;nbsp; I don't know what algorithm they are using, but there may be python modules that perform similar functionality if you can track them down&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
