    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My question is simple but I do not know how to solve it. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I need to select all the attributes from one layer (a layer of polygon subdivisions) that do not contain another layer (a layer of points).&amp;nbsp; What I am trying to do is find all the subdivisions that I do not have storm sewer data on.&amp;nbsp; I have a layer for subdivisions and one for storm sewers but I don't know how to go about selecting the ones without storm sewer data.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know how to do this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have ArcGIS 10.x you can simply do a select by location based on subdivisions that have storm sewers, and then do a switch selection.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
