Hi,

Ive been tasked with joining data from a point feature class located within a polygon to the polygon. I know the manual way of doing:

Right click on polygon feature class

select join

choose join data from another layer based on spatial location

choose the point feature class as the layer to join

I wondered if there was:

a way to make it in model builder to automate it

to not create a new output shape file

I am pretty new to model builder so any guidance would be appreciated or a point in the right direction!

Thanks
