Importing Error excel CSV file

I have few points with its X and Y coordinates in a CSV file( I also have .xlsx file). When I am loading it without specifying the Coordinate system it is showing perfectly as in the input file.
When I am putting spatial reference, the points are showing some where else.
Steps I have followed is- Added file from- File>Add data> Add XY data, then specified X Y column in the respective fields, then specified coordinates system (When I am doing this the points are not showing where it is suppose to be)

The final task I want to complete is, I have a georeferenced Raster image, I want to overlay the points in the CSV file given.

Please assist.

What is the projection of the image?
