Hi, when a Desktop GIS user (ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap) consumes a Geoprocessing webservices (webservices created in Python):

1. does local GIS data (sitting on the desktop machines) get pushed to server? how to configure Geoprocessing to run locally and results kept local too.

2. how to prevent desktop users from deciphering the python code if the whole toolbox gets downloaded from web services?

3. use local machine CPU to run geoprocessing services and not overload the server

Thanks.
