Generate Heat Map using GP Tools

1) I'm trying to generate an Heat map using Point density Tool available in Spatial Analyst Tools of ArcToolbox (ArcMap).

I got the below output raster image.

and the output generated is not as the basemap feature layer.

2) I converted the output raster to multi point using Raster to Point tool and got the below output

Kindly anyone help me in generating an Heatmap for a point features.
