It seems the modelbuilder behaves differently when running the Dissolve Tool (Data Management). One PC will "merge" multipart polygons with the same parameters set in the tool. The other PC will not "merge" the polygons leaving them seperate from one another, even though they have the same attributes. Any help wih this would be much appreciated.
