Feature Class export error

I have created 3 models to export a feature class to a shapefile. One is a point, one is a line and one is a polygon. I am using the Feature Class to Feature Class(Conversion) geoprocessing tool in all my models to perform the export. I can get my point and polyline models to work, however when I run the same model using my polygon feature class it gives me the 'Failed to Execute, Feature Class to Feature Class' error. Any ideas on why this is happening just on the polygon feature class?

I can do this manually and get it to export, I just can't get it to work in my model

Would be helpful if you could put up a image of your model, as well as what the inputs and outputs for the model, and the error code it threw.

Here is my model and the error I am getting

The input is ParcelOwner and it is output to StJamesGIS folder with the name ParcelOwner
