What problem are you trying to solve, do you just want to overlay the lines on a map?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;level of experience with ArcGIS?&amp;nbsp; In brief, they could be create as polygons with the circle being symbolized with the radii...however, I haven't seen that fill pattern before so you may have to create the whole thing as polylines including the circulating radii&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
