I couldn�??t find the GP tool for the �??create network location�?� such that one can choose the stops manually by clicking the maps.

Set your input locations on the Add Locations tool as a parameter in your model and its data type is feature set:

Choosing the input location type to be �??feature set�?� solves my issue.

The problem now is that the output �??best route�?� is not displayed. Is there a way to show it in the map as the model tool is run?
