    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reported this issue to ESRI and it got promoted to a bug: [BUG-000082482 : Dice geoprocessing throws AccessViolationException from&amp;nbsp; .NET application when running as a foreground process]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within a c# application, the Dice tool fails when running in the foreground. I never had any issues running the tool in the background.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Working with this tool in ESRI software is easy, quick and works great for what I need; however, I need to access the tool from C# application and every time I have tried I always get AccessViolationException. Has anyone ever used this tool successfully or know if there is a related bug?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
