    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm trying to create a sample of over 140,000 data points however every time I run the sample tool points keep being missed it's not the same points every time. The data set is too big to create a sample by hand. I wondered if anyone has a solution this problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
