      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting the following error while upgrading geodatabase&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error: Cannot upgrade because there are other active connections (DBO).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Though there is no open/active connection to DB, any one face this issue and any probable solution to this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does the locks / connections table say there is nothing connecting (except the client you are using for the upgrade)?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are there any services that are published from that enterprise geodatabase as reference?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
