Cannot register table view with SQL geodatabase

I have created a table view in SQL Server. The field data types match ESRI requirements. When I try to register the table view with the geodatabase, I get the error:

ERROR 999999: Error executing function.

Operation Failed [[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Could not find stored procedure 'DBO. i109_get_ids'.]

The stored procedure seems to exist when I look in SSMS but dbo is in lower case. Could that be the issue?

I've tried registering when all services are stopped.
