DBMS table not found [42S02:[Microsoft][.dbo.GDB_Release]

I created a new DB and connection file but get:
DBMS table not found [42S02:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Invalid object name '<dbname>.dbo.GDB_Release'.] [<dbname>.dbo.GDB_Release]

Existing DBs work fine. It's just the newly created DB that throws this error. Using SQL Server Mgt Studio I can see that there is no GDB_Release table in the database, but there is no GDB_Release table in any of the databases. Any ideas?

What is the name of the new database?
