      <title>Field missing with the database after using arcpy.SynchronizeChanges_management</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a field in my child replica but when I&amp;nbsp;used&amp;nbsp;arcpy.SynchronizeChanges_management the field didn't come through with the rest of the data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
