Arc 10.5 losing records from geodatabase

I just upgraded to arc 10.5. I have a geodatabase that has 4527 records. When I open the database it shows a record count of 4527. If I do anything (such as a sort) the record count changes to 3539. I reopened it and selected all the records and then did a sort and got this resultSame thing happens in catalog. On opening the geodatabase I see all the records. After any operation (sorting) 888 records disappear.

What is going on?? Do I need to do something to upgrade the gdb??

Hi Joe,

What version is the geodatabase in? Is this a file geodatabase or an enterprise geodatabase (eGDB)?

If using an eGDB, answer the following questions:

What is the RDBMS version and OS that it is running on?

Is the data versioned?

That will give some more information that may be needed.

It is a file geodatabase that was created in 10.3. It is not versioned.

Create a new file geodatabase. Import the corresponding feature classes to the newly created GDB.

I hope this will resolve the issue.

I tried this. It only imported the 3539 records.
