Index on other data types remain intact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Issue is reproducible with ArcGIS 10.2\10.6.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps to Reproduce&lt;BR /&gt;1. Create a field with data type as GUID in a feature class. &lt;BR /&gt;2. Create an index on the field created in step 1.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Compress the file geodatabase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
