      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am attempting to enable archiving on a feature class in a SQL Server 2017 enterprise geodatabase using ArcCatalog 10.7.&amp;nbsp; I get this error when I run the Enable Archiving geoprocessing tool:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[[Microsoft] [ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server]Invalid cursor state]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What might be causing this error?&amp;nbsp; I thought it might be a database space issue but the database is set to auto-grow and there is lots of space on the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to add another one to this. If there is a DDL trigger on the database and it is not set to "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;SET&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; NOCOUNT &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;ON" , this error will also occur. Either disable the DDL trigger or alter it to&amp;nbsp;SET&lt;SPAN&gt; NOCOUNT &lt;/SPAN&gt;ON.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
