Geodatabase conection issue

Anyone can share the tips or solution for the slow connection from ArcGIS 10.3.1 and ArcGIS 10.5.1 after Geodatabase has been upgraded from SDE 10.1 to 10.2.2 then 10.3.1 ? The Oracle version has been upgraded from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2.

I had done several tuning on Oracle side including increasing SGA size , PGA size and also some Oracle parameters but still no help. I have also even run the following work around to add "open_cursor" parameter in server_config table, not really help either.

Greatly appreciated your help ..

It may be best to contact Esri Technical support and work with an analyst on this. You may have to do some client tracking and analysis.

Do you plan on upgrading SDE to 10.5.1 to match your client?

Thank you. Yes I am having a ticket open but no solution yet.. That's why I tried to see if any one had any experience or tips..
