Unable to changing published map Services connection

Hi,

We have edited the registered geodatabase map service sde connection properties and restarted the ArcGIS Server services.

Current DB	New DB	Result
RDBMS: SQL Server 2012	RDBMS: SQL Server 2016	Some of the map services connection changed to new DB but some remain with the same current DB connection.
DB: Test	DB: Test
Instance: GIS-A	Instance: GIS-B
Server: GISDB-A	Server: GISDB-B

Some of the map services connection changed to new DB but some remain with the same current DB connection.

Please help us.
