Anyone can help me, about this erro below:

It's happen when Try to recreate a geometric network, how to clear or repair this?

You can only "build" the Geometric Network (GN) once. Once it has been built, then you can "rebuild" sections as needed. About Verify Network tools and commands—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

Based on the error above, you may need to completely delete your GN and then build a new one from scratch.

I cant built because this error:

Invalid network name. (The feature class RedeDeAgua_Net_Junctions already exists.)

and cant rebuild because not visible RedeDeAgua_Net_Junctions on my feature dataset

Did you delete the original network first?

Ok, sounds like there are some orphaned objects in the geodatabase. You may need to get a new Esri Support case opened with an analyst to review and see what can be done.
