      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user doesn't have necessary permissions on the windows folder to perform the attach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just copy the files to some other folder\drive and try the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
