      <title>Attaching Wourkgroup Geodatabase</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve created a database using Ms. SQL Server Express 2014 (its name is “b”), When I try to attach it in ArcMap environment, I get an error (in the screenshot below).
