I have tried to customize this section of the config file with no luck. <BR />The config.xml that is packaged with the GasUtilityNetworkTool add-in has Tool Id="Esri_a4GasUtilities_AddLineWithEndPoints" <BR />commented out - does this prevent this particular construction tool from working?
