I google searched for florida open data and found this http://geodata.myflorida.com/datasets/FDACS::2018-meal-gap-data Specifically I found a 2018 meal gap dataset that normalizes by zip code. Feel free to look for the zip code as a boundary by itself. Make sure to always check licensing and provide attribution when applicable.

Joe
