How do I begin? Can ERSI help me get started? I manage a water utility in Harris County, Texas. I have 2500 connections. I'm looking for a solution that not only maps the assets in the district but will help manage those assets.

Do you already have a GIS system? Are you looking for an asset management system that ties in to your GIS system?
