    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to download ArcPad onto my Trimble Nomad 1050.&amp;nbsp; I have ArcPad successfully installed on my laptop computer. However, whenever I use the deployment manager and hit the "deploy" button, I get an error message that says "Cannot copy the file.&amp;nbsp; Make sure the mobile device is connected, that the mobile device has space available and is not write protected, and that all setup programs on the device have been completed. "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a dell laptop and it is the Windows 8.1 64 bit.&amp;nbsp; I have my nomad successfully synced through the windows mobile device center.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
