Are there any plans porting the File Geodatabase API to .NET 6?

We have some customers and partners still relying on the File Geodatabase API. Currently, they try to migrate or at least estimate the migration effort to the new .NET 6 long-term support version.

As much as I agree Esri should release a .NET 6 and beyond version for the File Geodatabase API, I think Esri should be more "open" minded and simply release the specificiation. Releasing the API instead of the specification was a low-bar attempt at being "open" in the first place.

Yes - support for .net core line (including .Net 6, .Net 7, .Net 8 and recently released .Net 9) is really missing.
