I also used Dependency Walker to see if there were any required dlls that may have been excluded. It did report that gpsvc.dll, IEShims.dll, sysntfy.dll were missing, but copying them to the proper folders caused an error (Modules with different CPU types found) since they are x64 only. I still haven't found any evidence that the x86 versions of these dlls exist.
