    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Esri YPN Community! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is Andre again! I am excited to share another project that bridges the gap between urban planning and geospatial technology. While my previous posts focused on complex spatial modeling, this project focuses on data accessibility and public empowerment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Challenge: Local Data Scarcity&lt;/STRONG&gt; In regional planning, availability of accurate and easily accessible spatial data is a fundamental requirement. However, at the local sub-district (&lt;I&gt;Kecamatan&lt;/I&gt;) level, there is often a critical lack of comprehensive thematic maps. This data scarcity makes it difficult for local governments to identify physical characteristics and formulate evidence-based policy directions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Solution: KADATA (Kecamatan Dalam Peta)&lt;/STRONG&gt; To overcome this, I developed a web-based GIS platform called "KADATA". Acting as an interactive portal, it visualizes spatial data to support planning in designated development areas, specifically utilizing the Wilayah Pengembangan (WP) Rumpin as our pilot project.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the end-to-end workflow utilizing the Esri ecosystem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. Spatial Processing (ArcGIS Pro)&lt;/STRONG&gt; We processed and analyzed various spatial datasets to generate ready-to-view thematic layers. The data is structured into three main categories: Base Physical Maps (morphology, hydrogeology), Land Capability Analysis, and Mining &amp;amp; Industry distribution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="KADATA-1.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.esri.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/149929iC97FD61F6BC9F893/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="KADATA-1.png" alt="KADATA-1.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Cloud Backend (ArcGIS Online)&lt;/STRONG&gt; The processed layers were published as feature layers to ArcGIS Online. This serves as the secure spatial backend, handling real-time data requests from the web application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3. Interactive UI (ArcGIS Experience Builder)&lt;/STRONG&gt; To ensure the platform is intuitive for both government officials and the general public, I developed a modular user interface using ArcGIS Experience Builder. I integrated several advanced widgets, including dynamic legends, interactive pie charts for statistical breakdowns, and a custom feature allowing users to upload and overlay their own external shapefiles (SHP) directly onto the live web map.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":light_bulb:"&gt;💡&lt;/span&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Explore the Live WebGIS Demos:&lt;/STRONG&gt; I have published three specific sub-portals for this project.
