    <description>&lt;P&gt;The USGIF Scholarship Program supports students studying GEOINT, geospatial sciences, GIS, remote sensing, and related fields and has awarded more than $1.6 in scholarships since launching the program in 2004. USGIF offers scholarships to students at all levels of education, including graduating high school seniors, undergraduates, graduates, and doctoral students. In addition to the general scholarship fund, USGIF offers scholarships in partnership with various organizations dedicated to specific research areas including remote sensing, engineering, and AI/ML, as well as scholarships for students from diverse backgrounds, specific geographic areas, and veterans. Applications are open through May 31st.
