Hey, YPN community! My name is Nico, and I'm a summer intern on the ArcGIS Pro Documentation team at Esri. I'm in the process of earning my MGIS from the University of Redlands; I also have an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University. This past may, I took the Pre-GISP exam and received my GISP-E certification.

I'm excited about GIS as a gateway for people and organizations to take a data-driven approach to solving problems while focusing on the relevance of geography to understanding the problem and finding the right solution. I look forward to being an active member of this community and learning from each other as we embark on our careers as GIS professionals. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn. Cheers!

Nice to meet you, Nico! I will be sure to add you on LinkedIn. What was your experience like taking the GISP-E exam? Any advice as I prepare to take it?

@BrittainCorbett thanks for connecting. The GISP-E exam was not bad at all. The questions and answers were mostly straightforward and focused on the basic fundamentals of GIS. It looks like you've got some good GIS work under your belt, so I expect you will do well. If you feel the need to study more, I would take a look at the question categories and focus on the ones you know less about.
