ESRI Webcourse not saving answers

I have a student who stated the following, "I am doing the quizzes on Arc GIS web courses and every time I complete the quiz at the end of each section, the quiz restarts, the only way it saves is if the wrong answers are selected."

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @rzakalukRRC, sorry to hear your student is experiencing an issue. Which web course(s) are they having this problem with?

Hi Katie,

The solution for the problem was to click the member's "Disable ESRI Access" button and then click the "Enable ESRI access" button.
