Work offline with Branch versioned data in Field Maps

Hello! Not sure where to ask this, but do we have a clear documentation of workflow options for taking branch versioned data offline with Field Maps?

There is documentation for traditional versioning offline and also for offline workflows for branch versioned data for Collector

In other words - is there a general documentation for the workflow that is explained in this video and that includes all three aspects: Field maps, Offline, Branch versioned?

I am currently working on a visual explanation to the client of what happens when you do this and that, how Field Maps directly edits the default unless it has been taken offline, how you need to have a special basemap, how versioned data can only be collected in the current location not anywhere in the Field maps map etc.

Hoping for an answer, as I understand this is relatively new workflow.
